Shipping is free on all orders, regardless of the minimum order amount. Orders are sent to the laboratory for certification and will be shipped within 2-4 business days. We work with Yurtiçi Kargo, our shipping company.

Where Can I Track the Status of My Orders?
After you place your order, you will receive confirmation and tracking information via both email and SMS. You can track your order using the tracking number provided in the email, either through our website or by contacting us via WhatsApp or email.

Where Can I Track My Shipment Status?
You can track all the processes of your shipment using the tracking number sent to you via e-mail or SMS, through the "Where is My Shipment?" section on www.safnaturel.com or through the "Shipment Tracking" section of Yurtiçi Kargo.

What Should I Do If the Shipment Is Damaged?
Damaged packages must be reported to a Yurtiçi Kargo representative before acceptance. If the representative determines that the package is not damaged, the customer has the right to open the package and have the items delivered undamaged, and to request a report documenting the situation. Once the package is received by the recipient, the shipping company is deemed to have fulfilled its duty. If the package is not accepted and a report is drawn up, the situation must be reported to Safnaturel Customer Service as soon as possible, along with the recipient's copy of the report. Our Customer Service team will take immediate action to resolve the issue.
